Information about Friends of the Library and how to be a friend
The Friends of the Library is a group of volunteers who care about the Hesperia Community Library and work together to promote and provide support for programs for all ages. Our funding comes through an Annual Membership drive , donations and book sales.
Meetings are called 3 to 4 times per year, and the library director submits requests for funding for various projects. The winter and summer reading programs, photo contests, adult crafting sessions, Santa’s visits and movies are some of the projects funded in the past.
We are always happy to have new members join this group of library lovers!
The Friends membership year starts in July and ends in June and the suggested donation for membership is $15.00.
